We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  Career opportunities for Team Members who enjoy working with our internal guests are available in our HR department.  The entry-level position in the HR department is the Human Resources Clerk.  This position is responsible for: answering phones, assisting internal and external guests, setting appointments, filing, preparing documents, running reports, ensuring the completion of candidate onboarding and gaming assignments, and keeping information up to date and available for our Team Members.

Growth and Development Opportunity:  

  • Promotional opportunities for a Coordinator position are available in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training.
  • Coordinators may also promote into a Specialist role. The Specialist position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

    • The average cost of a bachelor’s degree is $6,410 annually and involves 120 credit hours that can be completed in 4 years as a full-time student.
