Since 1994, Cassandra has been in the Marketing/Player Development division of the business, having held positions from Casino Host to Director of Player Development, including managing Branch Offices and Independent Reps for more than one nationally recognized gaming company. Although Cassandra's gaming career is in the Southeast, she has traveled and hosted customers throughout the U.S... She says that over the years the most rewarding aspect of her job has been the countless lifelong friendships and business relationships formed over the decades of doing what she is so passionate about.

Lynn Tran

Director of Asian Marketing

Lynn, who speaks both Chinese and Vietnamese, was born in Vietnam and moved to the US at age 13. She is an industry veteran who has spent more than twenty years in the casino business in New Jersey as a part of many successful Asian marketing operations, most recently as the Executive Director of Asian Marketing. She is a hard working individual who shares her great sense of humor and boundless energy with everyone she meets.

John Sisinni

John started his career in 1974 at the Four Queens in Las Vegas as a crap dealer. When New Jersey passed gaming he became a crap instructor at East Coast Gaming School. In 1994 he was asked to go to the Hilton Casino which was being built. In 2009 John was asked to work in St. Louis for Pinnacle Entertainment as Regional Vice President of Player Development with 2 casinos in St. Louis and one in Indiana. When his son went off to college in 2011, John moved to Florida to work for the Hard Rock Tampa. John loves the Hard Rock Tampa because it has great leadership, great peers and customers. John says he feels so lucky that he can finish his career at Hard Rock and his career has been "One Great Roll".

Aaron Mollura

Aaron has worked in Hospitality for over 15 years and earned his BA in International Hotel and Restaurant Management. He started his career at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa in March of 2004. Aaron enjoys his job and feels very lucky to have the opportunity to work at the Hard Rock.

Andrae was born and raised in Chicago and lived in the Windy City for 19 years before moving to sunny Florida. His desire to learn and passion to grow led him to the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa. His diligent work ethic and acute attention to guest needs launched his rapid career progression. He started as a Front Desk Agent and became a Casino Host in 2007. Now an Executive Casino Host, he attributes his success to his focus on complete guest satisfaction. Christina has over 15 years of valuable casino experience. She started her career in 1998 in her home town of Biloxi, Mississippi. After graduating from college, Christina decided to pursue a career in the casino industry and landed in the role of Player Development. She was a key member of the Grand Opening Team at Hard Rock Biloxi as a Casino Host and came to Tampa as an Executive Casino Host in 2009. Christina enjoys meeting new people and always greets them with a smile. She is also an avid community volunteer and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.

Elena Chinea-Ivani

Elena was born in Brooklyn, NY and has held many positions, from being a waitress to brokering on the American and New York Stock Exchanges. She has seen the stressful side of gambling in trading when the DOW broke 10,000 and the Dotcom bubble burst. She joined Seminole Hard Rock Tampa late in 2004 and has thoroughly enjoyed every moment. She has found the fun, entertaining side of gambling and is still in the hustle and bustle of the crowds, and sees that this his her opportunity to make them happy. Connie serves as an executive casino host at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. Her vast knowledge in the hospitality industry allows her to make sure the casino experience is the best it can possibly be. Her key duties include promoting the property and generating new business. She has successfully developed and maintained business relationships with higher end clientele and delivers a more personal experience for players. She assesses players requests and meets them with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency. She has been in this role since 2009.

I have an opportunity to meet with tons of amazing people and make a lot of friends among my customers. Kate was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and resided in a quaint fisherman village in Northwest Cove. Her family lived as snowbirds and traveled between Canada and Clearwater, Florida for the first 10 years of her life. She started at the Seminole Hard Rock in March of 2011 in the Beverage Department and shortly after in May of 2011 graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in International Business Management. She was promoted as a Casino Host in October 2012 and looks forward to assisting our current and future guests of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida and ensuring their fantastic gaming and entertainment experience.

Liliana Henriquez

Liliana was born in Caracas, Venezuela to Italian-Venezuelan parents and moved to Newport News, VA in 1984 where she raised three wonderful children. She started work as a Graphic Designer, Brush Paint Signs, and a Graphic Free Lancer as well as working at the City of Newport News. In 2003 she moved to Bossier City, LA where she worked at the Isle Capri Casino as a Junior Casino Host. In late 2004 Liliana moved to Florida to join the staff at the Hard Rock in Tampa in the Cage Department. In July 2006 she joined the Player Development Department as a Casino Host and is fluent in Spanish.

Martin is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx, which makes him a life-long Yankees and Giants fan. He lived in New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee before moving to Florida in 1984. In January of 2004, Martin was hired by the Hard Rock Casino as part of the opening staff, first as a security officer and helped train the new department. He was transferred to Marketing, working first in the Players Club before being promoted to Casino Host in 2006. His outside interests include reading, photography and shooting sports.

Mike Caputo

Mike is originally from Boston, having moved to Florida to become a police officer for 14 years. For the last seven years he has served people in a different way as a Casino Host here at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. He enjoys playing golf for various charity events over the years with such celebrities as Michael Jordan and Derek Jeter and Captains from the Deadest Catch. Two years later, he was promoted to a Casino Host and has quickly grown to love his position. Nick uses his ability to speak with anyone as a stepping stone for developing connections with his guests. During his off time, Nick teaches percussion at a local high school. With his knowledge of music he will sure make your experience here in Tampa, ROCK.

Susie was born in Hong Kong and raised in London, England. She moved to the US fifteen years ago and has lived in Tampa for eight months. Susie graduated with a BA in International Hospitality Management and has worked in the Casino industry for four years. She has held various positions in different departments including Marketing, Table Games, and currently Player Development. William "Billy" Dane

Billy was born and raised right here in beautiful Tampa Fl. Billy attended Tampa Jesuit High School and followed that with a Degree from the University of Florida . After several years as a Head Concierge Billy joined The Seminole Hard Rock in 2010 in Hotel Operations and was soon promoted to the Special Events/ Marketing Department as a Coordinator.
